Terms of Service

By using the Paczesny Analytics service (the "Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, do not use the Service.

The Service is a web analytics tool that works without cookies, offering, among other things, traffic statistics, heatmaps, user journeys, funnels, Site Health metrics and — optionally — integration with Google Search Console.

An account is required to use most features. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for the actions performed on your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (MFA).

You undertake that:

• you will connect and analyze only sites you have the right to,
• you will connect only those Google Search Console properties of which you are a verified owner,
• you will not use the Service unlawfully or attempt to disrupt its operation or security.

Use of the Google integration is additionally subject to Google's terms (including the Google APIs Terms of Service). The access scope is limited to reading Search Console data and is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We make efforts to maintain continuity of operation, but we do not provide a formal SLA. Data from external services (e.g. Google) may be delayed or unavailable independently of us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profits arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms of Service.

We may update the Terms of Service; we signal significant changes with the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
